Now, I bet some people are going to roll their eyes and ask, "Are you sure? Why are you always going there? Why don't you just find another place to explore instead?" To me, it is a personal choice and I don't think there is a need to explain to anyone. Zitch.
Ok, so if you get what I am trying to say, yes, I just came back from Bangkok again. Now, doesn't it seem like deja vu? Where are the loots that I promised previously? Ok, I know that I haven't been really updating my blog. So, now, it's time to showcase my loots from my last shopping trip of the month, semester, year(*gasp*)!
Went with Mrs C Goh. It was absolutely the best with only two gals shopping. No need to pacify angry hubby/bf. No one to ask you,"You still wanna buy ah?"
First stop was of course lingerie shopping! Before that we had to satisfy our stomachs though. Had lunch/dinner at Fuji Restaurant. Didn't really like it a lot but the food was fresh. Lingerie shopping next. Bought 2 hip walker. Does anyone know how much it costs in Singapore? We couldn't wait to go Naraya. I think we spent like 2 hours there. The SAs probably thought we were there to sweep the place. My loots!
Next was Watsons. Bought 5 Ortho toothbrushes for my braces. They are half the price as compared to Singapore. So must grab! I tried to get every colour that they had. Good quality too, no bleeding when I use them.
Next day was Chinatown Sampeng Lane. Of course, the purpose there will be stationery (for pupils), earrings and accessories!
I like bags. Though I am cracking my head to where to put them!
My earrings! Surprising, I got less than 3 dozens. Sorry Jane, didn't get much for you. The designs were not that nice anyway.
After a tiring 6 hours (or more) at Chinatown, we decided that we had no energy for Shark's Fin and Bird's Nest so we went back to the hotel, put our things and went to MBK for our delicious Korean BBQ dinner. I love the Crysanthemum tea! It tastes exactly like Yeo's. Only 25Baht ($1.20) and it's refillable. Yum yum.
Couldn't find anything much to buy at MBK. Frankly speaking, there's nothing to shop especially when I see the bags that I bought above selling at a higher price there. So we crossed the bridge and got myself another bag! + two pairs of shoes!
Next day was Pratunam. Too much clothing to be shown. Actually not really, only maybe about 5 polo shirts, 5 tops...you get the gist.
Got some pretty necklaces and bag charms from there. At the risk of sounding like a certain socialite, I really lurve the furry looking white charm. =P
It's another clock trip. Bought myself 3 clocks and here's one of them. Lovely isn't it. My bro says it look plasticky though.
So the last day, we went back to Platinium for some final shopping and if you have been counting, you would have seen that I bought 4 bags. Yeah, but there's always some information that can be withheld especially online. At last count, I have... 17 bags! My record for the year! Yippeeee!
Jane should be coming back with more bags for me from Coach. I really need a new house. ARghZ!
