A bit slow... but still.. it has been less than a month so I'm not that late! By my usual standards anyway.
22nd Dec 2009 Went for our first photoshoot in JB ... YES! I am a JB bridal studio bride and proud of it =) Was rather tired and upset because after coming back from Japan a week ago, it has been non-stop socialising and no rest at all. Also, the day before I slept late because I was busy sticking on fake nails and being super worried that they would fall off!
In the end, those fears could have been avoided because the team at the bridal studio actually could have helped me stick them on! -_- wasted my entire night tossing and turning trying to feel that all my false nails were still existent.
Reached at 11am and started my makeup. The MUA was really really good! She did not say a single thing about me using my own eyelashes and ampoules. Saved about RM40 I guess. Moreover, I had to use 3 eyelashes on each side because she kept saying my eyes were very big. Which I agree... used to glaring at those kids. *Grins*
Lost one fake fingernail and was really upset. However, one of the guys suggested that I wear my wedding band on that finger and replace the lost fingernail with one of theirs that had 3-D flowers stuck onto it. To symbolise that it was a "special" finger. hahaha.. you heard it first here!
Had my first outfit, a green flowy dress while he was dressed in black. Kind of didn't anticipate the process of the photoshoot and was slouching all the time. PG had to keep reminding me to 'TING XIONG!' Really funny yet awkward at the same time. Hair was tied up with a big purplish flower to top it all. Wonder if my face will look big and round... =(
Second outfit was a sweet white wedding gown. Tube style with brown ribbons adorning the bottom part. Wore the necklace he made for me. He was dressed in all white.. But too bad.. didn't feel like he was my Prince charming! Ok, being mean again! Took quite a number of shots in this outfit. I did like the design of the gown.. very princessy and elegant.
Third outfit was a wedding gown in white with a glorious black train. Made me look slim from certain angles! Tube style again. Hair had one white accessory to complement it.
Had lunch because we were really hungry. They catered one meal for us. Not bad! He really liked his fried rice but I felt that my bee hoon was too dry. But being so famished, gobbled down everything.
Fourth outfit was a orange red tube gown with the center kind of translucent. He really liked that gown. However, I felt that the number of shots taken for this gown were too few. Quite disappointed though.
Fifth gown was a Victorian-styled cream/brown one. Had strings of beads draping the shoulders. He really liked it. Took quite a number of shots for this gown as well. If I didn't remember wrongly, I had a huge necklace hung over my head. Made me feel like a queen!
Next was another cream-coloured but full of bling bling spaghetti strap gown. The entire back was backless except for a row of bling bling! I do hope my fats were not being squeezed! If not cannot show all the backless pictures.
Last outfit.. finally! (Cos he was like dozing off) A white halter gown which I really really like cos I felt very sophisticated in it. hehehez Had bling bling all over without being over the top and could cover part of my ... fats! By that time he was really exhausted but I just wanted to take more pictures. hahaha.. when they announced it was the last picture, I could hear the sigh of relief. *dwang*
By that time, it was already 9pm. Ready to go home! No outdoor shots for that day because it was raining. Wow, couldn't imagine how tiring it would be if we had taken both indoor and outdoor on the same day.
Next post.. outdoor shoot!
Getting the sample photos later. Very scared... nervous that I wouldn't look good. Cannot be bothered by how that guy looks... cos he will look good no matter what. Because he is a guy!
